 Shenzhen Taifeng Hardware & Plastic Products Co., Ltd, founded in October, 2001, is engaged in developing and manufacturing environment protective small electric appliances and all kinds of high-voltage power accessories. Its main products include plasma generator (positive/negative plasma generator), negative plasma generator, ozonizer, negative ion aluminum sheet, hardware, rubber and component oil injection processing.
Located in Youmagang Industrial Area of Shenzhen Bao'an District and covering an area of 4,000 ㎡ , Taifeng Company has four workshops (Electronic, Hardware, Injection Molding and Oil injection Department) and one Mold Department, 300 staff including 30 professional technicians, and major Japanese-invested and German-invested customers such as A&D Electronics Co., Ltd, Weijia Electric Appliances Factory and Sanfa Electric Appliances Factory.
Currently with 8 plastic jetting-molding machines, 5 milling machines, 3 grinding machines, 2 EDM machine, 1 CNC milling machine, 12 hardware punching machines, 2 trucks, 2 dustproof oil injection lines and 1 dustproof enamel paint room, the company has complete processing capacity of hardware and rubber products and manufacturing capacity of hardware plastic mold.
The company has complete quality assurance system: setting up IQC, IPQC, LQC and QA full-time positions; strict control at every process, preventing disqualified products.
The negative plasma generator has passed TUV, UL, EMC and ROHS certification.
Our products and service include:
Electric products: plasma generator (positive/negative plasma generator), negative plasma generator and ozonizer.
Oil injection processing: mainly injecting UV oil, PU oil, rubber oil, high-temperature ceramics pyroceram and other special or common hardware and plastic oil.
Injection molding processing: all kinds of electric appliances, toy shell and structural parts.
Hardware processing: hardware punching, machinery processing, wire butt welding, electroplating drawing and precision components grinding.
Mold manufacturing: hardware, plastic mold development, design and manufacturing.
